We do not franchise a catalogue. We franchise the method.
A Wolf Casa house does not sell furniture from a floor plan of aisles. It sells finished decisions: curated rooms, argued through in the order the house works in — light, then material, then form, then furniture. That order is what a partner licenses, along with the curations, the material library and access to origin sourcing.
In tier-two cities the opportunity is trust: there is wealth, and almost no one selling taste with authority. In tier-one cities the opportunity is editorial credibility. Either way the house never competes on price. It competes on perspective.
One house per city, held by one partner, with the standard audited by us. A second house in the same market would only dilute the first.
Fit-out drawings, lighting schedules and the opening curation are produced with you, not handed over as a manual.
You bring the investment and the space. We build and run the rest.
A partner is not asked to become a furniture business. The house arrives as a working operation: designed, built, stocked, staffed, trained and managed to the same standard as Indore, on our systems and our supply lines.
Floor plan, curation layout, joinery drawings, lighting schedule, signage and site supervision. Our team designs the house and runs the fit-out with your contractor to the drawing set, so the rooms read the way they read in Indore.
Billing, inventory, curation catalogue, client CRM, quotation and order tracking on the same platform the Indore house runs. Pricing, discount limits and the specification library are centrally maintained, so a partner never has to build a back office.
Every piece is bought through the house: our makers in India and the origin routes at Foshan, Jodhpur, Milan and Copenhagen. Consolidation, freight, customs, warehousing and replenishment are ours, at house rates. Partners travel the routes with our buyers when they want to.
We define the roles, hire with you and place a house-trained lead on the floor for the opening season. Design consultants, floor manager, back-office and installation crew are recruited to our specification, not left to the partner to work out.
Two weeks in Indore before opening, then quarterly on-site. The team is taught how a room is read, how material is presented, how a composition is priced and closed, and how a project is handed over. Refreshed with every new curation.
Season planning, curation changeovers, targets and reporting are run with our team. Photography, launch campaign, editorial, social and the local trade programme are produced centrally so the city sees the house before it visits.
Installation, service, spares and warranty run on the house process, with escalation to Indore. The client relationship survives the delivery, which is what brings the second project.
The investment is quoted after the market study, because it follows the city, the frontage and the opening curation rather than a fixed brochure figure. Nothing is asked for before that study is shared with you.
Yes. One house per city, defined by catchment rather than municipal limits, for the term of the agreement.
The same places it comes from in Indore: our makers, and the origin routes at Foshan, Jodhpur, Milan and Copenhagen. Partners buy through the house, and travel the routes with us when they wish.
Not onto the curated floor. A house that mixes in unedited stock stops being a curation, and the standard is the only thing being franchised.
Six to nine months from agreement for most markets: fit-out, the opening curation, sourcing at origin, and the floor trained before the doors open.
A franchise is a promise that the next house is as considered as the first.
Each season the curations are re-cut centrally and rebuilt on every floor. Photography, signage and pricing follow one system, so a client in one city recognises the house in another.
We audit the floor, the library and the service record twice a year. Partners who hold the standard get first refusal on the next city in their region.
Tell us the city. We will study the market.
